Hello bsegalla and welcome to BleepingComputer!

Apollogies for the delay. The forum has been very busy lately. Bumping a thread actually works against you as we are using a script to be able to know who has an open hijackthis log waiting. If you are replying too often to yourself, you are actually "falling off the ladder."

If you are still having problems please post a brand new HijackThis log as a reply to this topic. Before posting the log, please make sure you follow all the steps found in this topic: Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log.

Please also post the problems you are having.

Thanks,

Johannes
