I am seriously disgusted, when I try to locate someone I know who has disappeared off the face of the earth, by all the FREE services advertised only to find that to actually GET the information they want $$$$$. Is there a WAY to locate people without having to pay to find them? I have social security numbers, full names, previous addresses, yet each and every place that I go wants me to pay to use that information to locate the person. Anyone know anyway to get the info REALLY FOR FREE??????

I can think of several ways to get the information you're looking for*. But are you sure this person wants to be found? People usually "disappear" for a reason.

Try finding out what a P.I. in your area might charge you to find the person. Then decide if the fee that an on-line service charges is really that bad.

* I know how I'd do it, anyways. I'll get back to you.

Most of the people I am seeking are from 15-30 years ago when I served in the military.......marriages, divorces, moves, have made it impossible to keep track. The ONLY other person I want info on is a stepchild who owes money! To me and numerous others..........
