Nod 32 did not catch this until after the fact and cannot seem to delete even in safe mode. It is designating the responsible dll as:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\mljge.dll.

Have also scanned with Spybot S&D, Adaware, Mcafee Stinger, and Bit Defender (spybot and adaware in safe mode also). These scans picked up some other things, but not the responsible Trojan I think.

Symptoms are slow system and IE privacy settings being adjusted (accept all cookies, etc). Very few pop-up problems, but my system is noticeably slower, including all programs not just IE.
