I am recieving an error message that says 'Ajax undefined" on a certain Internet Explorer page. Is this a problem with the web page or something on my end?

That would be on your end, AJAX is a interface between your browser and the server which uses Java Script.

Have you tried updating your Java Script?

There is a tutorial for AJAX that you can read here.
