My profuse apologies, John. No, DllFix is still unavailable, and the manual fix is rather complex. I'm sorry you got lost in the cracks, and for others' reference, your earlier threads are to be found here:

When you came along, DllFix being pulled caught us off guard and some newer versions of CWS about: blank that were even harder to remove distracted our attention.:thumbsup:

Please post another HijackThis log so we can see if anything has changed and I'll make sure you get the attention to your problem that you deserve. :flowers: ---> :trumpet:
