Does any on e know how to disable the program TVTSCHED.EXE? It has consumed 99% of my CPU cycles?

Please help.

Have you tried removing it in add/remove software in the control panel?

Is this a IBM machine? Thinkvantage software is a valid IBM file.

Apparently this is a known issue, with IBM ThinkVantage Scheduler from IBM. If in fact this .exe is on an IBM computer. Take a look at this link: http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic91920.html specifically post #4 for a fix. If you are not on an IBM or have ThinkVantage Scheduler installed, then it 'may' be malware.
