Hi Just recently I have been unable to send or receive any messages on O/E. 6
I had not altered my settings in any way and have tried many ways to rectify this but to no avail.
Iam able to use web mail on Virgin, but would like to get o/e back.
Hope someone can give me advice.

It may be that your E-mail provider has changed the settings needed for the OE account. Double-check, in any event, the current settings carefully against those recommended by the provider.
What error messages (if any) do you get when you attempt to send or to receive messages?
Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one should be silent.

I know it is of not much help but from this link

even the service status page will not load ( yet)

it refused to open so ...try this http://www.virginmedia.com/help/check/?cat...&app=status and go from there?
