Welcome to Bleeping Computer zencheshirecat!

Do you have a firewall and an anti-spyware program? If you dont then your computer is at risk (!). Also, you will need to get a new virus program otherwise your computer could get infected seriously. So first off what are the names of the firewall, anti-spyware and anti-virus programs?

Ok, maybe it would be best to uninstall it and download AVG Free. Also, do you have an anti-spyware program and a firewall? If so, what are theyc alled?

Well if you dont plan on buying a new licence for it which will probably be around $60, here is the post that contains many good and recommended programs that remove viruses and spyware/malware. The post can be found here. Also you will need a firewall. But, before you install any of these (if you decide to) make sure you only have one of each type of program otherwise they will conflict and wont work properly.

I am not sure but best to just remove to be sure. Also, you said you dont know how to remove McAffe? Press Start, then go to the Control panel, then click Add/Remove Programs then look for McAffe and the click uninstall.

As for a firewall, I would recommend ZoneAlarm's firewall which can be found here.
