When I put a blank CD into the drive and click on the icon, the message comes 'G:/is not accessible.Incorrect function'
I am using w2k+sp4 and IE6.This started when I recently un installed a lot of programs like audio and video converters, media players and codecs to get rid of the problem ' explorer.exe has generated errors'.I got rid of it but then this problem came up.I think it happened when I un installed the windows media player and while doing so might have tampered with some system files too.
I can still read and write CDs.
Please help.
