6. When Spybot is complete, it will be showing RED entries BLACK entries and GREEN entries in the window
7. Make certain there is a check mark beside all of the RED entries ONLY.
8. Choose Fix Selected Problems and allow Spybot to fix the RED entries.
9. REBOOT to complete the scan.

Your version of HiJackThis is outdated. Please create a new folder on the C: drive and name it C:\HJT or something similar. You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click in the pane and select "New" then "Folder" and name it HJT. Next, click http://computercops.biz/downloads-file-328.html to download the latest version of HijackThis, v1.99.1. Download it directly into the new folder. Unzip the file to the HJT folder you created. Delete the old copy of HiJackThis.

Run HiJackThis, scan and post a fresh log file in this thread.

Hi lucas,

Sorry for the delay. I was looking for some further information on this one.

Launch Notepad, and copy and paste EVERYTHING below in the QUOTE box into a new text file.

Save it as file name: "fixme.reg" (not including the quotes). Save as file type: All files (*.*) and save it on your Desktop.

REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions\{946B3E9E-E21A-49c8-9F63-900533FAFE14}]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions\{E77EDA01-3C56-4a96-8D08-02B42891C169}]

Then, locate fixme.reg on your Desktop and double-click on it.
You will receive a prompt similar to: "Do you wish to merge the information into the registry?".
Answer 'Yes' and wait for a message to appear similar to "Merged Successfully".

Reboot. Run HiJackThis, scan and post a fresh log file.
