Can't Send E-mail - Invalid Certificate

Currently running Microsoft Office XP Home Edition.

Am able to receive e-mail, but can not send. When try to send I receive the error message "Microsoft Outlook could not sign or encrypt this message because you have no certificates which can be used to send from the e-mail address " xxxxxx " (which is my e-mail address).

Appreciate any help.
