I Can't Delete Installer

i downloaded this RAGNAROK installer then, it opened a command prompt(which should not be).
then i dont know what happened. i want to delete it for it may contain something dangerous to the comp.
what should i do. help please

I'm not an expert on this, but if you want to permanently delete it, the regular way is to Shift+Delete. If that doesn't work, try looking up some uninstaller/file removal applications from http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic3616.html like Delete Doctor or Unlocker.
Personally, I use Unlocker because it also has the convenience of being able to "unlock" processes.
