Just a few things you listed an ECS MB there not a verry solid manufacture. The MB is an SLI (Nvidia) motherboard and you listed a ATI video card while they will work together you wont be able to use Crossfire (2 ATI cards). You list 2 different Memory manufactures I am guessing that you want a total of 3GB you should stick with one manufacture and make sure the memory timings are the same. IMO (In My Opinion) a MB from MSI, Asus, Gigabyte, Biostar would be a better choice.

If all you do is the internet and you don't plan on running a huge digital monitor the 7200 would be sufficent. If you plan on running multiple monitors, playing more games, or a huge flat screen I would go with the 8500. It is clearly the superior card but may be overkill in your case.

Everything looks good. Did you make a decision on the graphics card and the memory?

Looks good. 1 last thing I didn't mention if you planned on using memory in dual channel mode you will have to have even number of dimms 2/4 etc so if you want 3 gigs total in dual channel you will need 2x1gig and 2x512. You should run the memory in dual channel mode. Since you are only using a 32bit OS anything more than 3 gigs would be a waste. Here is a link to the 2x512 DDR2 800 memory. Good choice on the video card.
