Which F-Secure product do you have. If it is the suite then spam and firewall are taken care of, if not then you are going to need a firewall and some anti spyware programmes.

Free firewalls include Comodo, Outpost

It is f-secure online security 7.00 build 387. This was the information that it gave me, so I guess its ok. but I have found on the virus sometimes a file doesn't get scanned for exceeded scanning limit. Is this ok.
