THIS EXACT SAME THING HAS HAPPEN TO ME!

DOWNLOADED A PROGRAM OFF LIMEWIRE.
DIDNT WANT IT, DELETED IT.

NOW I HAVE THIS "vbzip10.dll" & I CANT DELETE IT!
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!
