my computer says the file does not exist or cant be accesed by me/ im the administrator, this didnt star happaning till after i installed my Lightscribe direct disk labeling and dvd burner on my computer so im curious plz help, plz plz plz zommentme back thanks.

This is a little confusing, it looks like sstqr.exe is malware yet windows is posting an error saying that it can't be found?

Could you please post the exact message that you get.

it says "Windows cannont accessthe specified deivce,path,or file. you may not have appropriate permission to access the item" again that is the sstqr.exe plz tell me how to get rid off it

it wont let my computer start its normal programs in teh little box down in the right corner help me plz

sorry, I didn't understand your problem well, so just some questions to know:
when this message pop us? what happen after that?
you want to get rid of messages or both files ? when this problem begins?

i want to erase these files they are Viruses ive been told Malware, and its fin up my computer there installing trojan dropper.agents.gif in everything that is important i mean liek on Files and .exe for various programs i have.

Hi fearm02. To have a helper assist you please go to the top of the page and click the link where it says:

Do you have popups or other malware infecting your computer? If so, Start Here!

Follow those directions in order. If, after running the various scanners the problem persists, follow the directions to post a HijcakThis log in the proper forum.
