What programs?

What .dll files?

What made you think you needed to download/install these .dll files?

Have you tried doing a system restore? Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> System Restore.

It would help when asking for assistance that you list the specific programs that you are referring to and the specific utility that you down loaded.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
