Newbie from the Great Land ..

Hello my name is Tom and from Alaska. I would say I am a vetern of the computer world. I own a DELL Dimension 3000 that is only 5 monthes old. I just learn what the meaning of " live & learn" means. my system caught a virus as I was doing a update without my Anti-virus detection program running for 10 minutes. So here I am looking for some more support.
