I have an RCA mp3 player. I have had no trouble syncing with WMP but last night I took off all my songs on the mp3 player and tried to reload. Only the first 22 of 66 synched and all of the other ones said "An unknown error has occured" and it won't add the rest of the songs to the player. What should I do? I have WMP 10 and I tried to upgrade to WMP 11 but it never ran. Any suggestions?
