Hi Guys my computer is riddled with spyware i assume, i am locked out of my control panel and various other things and i have got msg's saying contact administrator.

I ran Hijack this and this is the msg i got... Please help.

Please download ComboFix and save it to your desktop.
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.

Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
