ok, have been working with The Tech Guys after my computer almost crashed yesterday. I have learned some (still a beginner)and am in need of your assistance. I downloaded updated version of HJT. It is quite different from the version I was accustomed to. Tech guys wanted me to send the log file but I haven't the vaguest clue how to proceed. As I am writing to you my screen is beginning to shake as is the cursor. Please help me and thank you.
