I bought an internal card reader for my dell 8200. I can't find the usb motherboard header connection. Could this be because
I do not have one? Please help. I'm slightly retarded on a good day. Thanks

I cannot tell where it is from this graphic: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/syst...hov.htm#1101600

And I'm not familiar with the install of an internal card reader , wait for inputs from others.

According to hamluis' link and this link: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/syst...ecs.htm#1103408
There doesn't appear to be a USB header on your motherboard.
