I am not sure what these two programs are and do not remember them being there before. I tried searching their names online and could not find any reliable info. What are they? Should I uninstall them? Thank you.

Hi stacys and welcome to BleepingComputer.

Do you have a old copy of Ewido on that computer?

Thank you for the welcome. I have been learning a lot by reading the forums.

Yes, there is an ewido on here that I use occasionally as a back up.
Should I remove it?

Both of those items are part of Ewido and from the information that I have read it looks like they are safe. Ewido was purchased by AVG so it is no longer supported which means that there are no new definitions available for it which makes it of no real use. I would suggest uninstalling it and use programs like Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware to replace it.

Since I have both of those and use them on a regular basis I suppose the Ewido is overkill. I will uninstall right now. Thanks for your time! Merry Christmas.

I have removed Ewido, WebIQ, and WexTech. It makes me nervous whenever I remove something, what if it messes something else up? (yes I am a pack rat)

Well, as the adage goes...if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If it isn't interfering with the computer just leave it be. At least you know what it is.
