Dear Expert

I have problem downloading & viewing my email attachment from my yahoo mail. Previously it was fine.
The problem I am facing now is that when I click on the attachment files, it prompt me that "No virus threat detected" and there is a download attachment button to click on, but when I click on it, there wasn't any response at all. At first, I thought maybe of the response time but I even waited for abt 5mins, the screen remain the same.
Can some one helps and advise what the problem behind?

Many thanks

One thing you can try, and this is a long shot.
Hold down the ctrl key while clicking on download attachment.
If it opens, you have an over-active pop up blocker.
Please post back and let me know if this works to open the attachment.

If you download to Outlook Express...check your email setting and ensure that you don't have the checked which says "Do Not Allow Attachments To Be Saved Or Opened...."

With OE open, Tools/Options/Security tab.

Sometimes a long shot actually works. Other times it doesn't. I figure there are times when we get so desperate for an fix, we'll try almost anything.
