Winchat-no Problems,just Questions

so my work pc uses win2k, and all pc's have winchat available....my question is that when two computers are chatting thru this service, can we monitor it? and if so to what extent? any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't think that winchat allows for centralised monitoring.
You might want to try Ken Messenger. It's free for up to 5 concurrent users.
It will need you to install an SQL server though.
MySQL is very good, and it's free as well
