Are both computers affected?

A good place to start, is to check the settings in your System Control Center.
It could be related to high internet traffic or too many users on one certain satellite.
You might want to give the support team at Hughes.net a phone call about this issue.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
