Hi - I'm new - drawn here looking for help.

I have PCPrivacy / AdvancedCleaner Poping Up - literally - all over. I have seen previous posts on the subject here, but no clear resolution - Help!! ??

I have deleted all cookies and files with relevnat words in the names - but still it keeps happening.

Any suggestions?
