Trojan - Mrofin, Maybe Others

I was infected w/ the mrofin trojan. I seem to have removed some of that through the bit defender scan, but the computer still comes up w/ no icons displayed. I can run variouse apps via the task manager, but it's slow. Here's my hj log - thanks in advance.
