Question- Is there a version of Smitfraudfix that works for Vista Ultimate? I've heard it's a great program but only works for XP. If not, are there similar programs for Vista? Moderators preferred, please.

I might not be a moderator but I do know that there it not a Smitfraudfix for Vista Ultimate due to the fact that it soley works for windows 2000 and XP. And as for if there similar programs for Vista I do not "believe" that there is. However in my opinion that best you could do for Vista "for your particular problem" is to have an anti-spyware app that contains real time protection, immunization feature, fast scanning with optimum dectection/definition combine with a root kit detector and pop up blocker should probably be sufficant to solve your problem.

A combination of RogueRemover and SUPERAntiSpyware Free run in "Safe Mode" can be effective.
