Hi a_baflah1 and welcome to BleepingComputer.

If you go into the Device Manager and expand the sound, video and game controllers menu do you see any yellow question marks?

If you go into the Control Panel and then Sounds and Audio Devices is the volume control functional, and is the volume turned up.

If you click on the Sound icon in the tool tray by the clock in the lower left hand corner is the sound muted?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Also, is the problem occurring through onboard speakers, headphones, or external speakers?

There is a little knob on the side of your computer, that regulates sound, are you sure that knob is all the way in the right position.

Thank you
Alex
