I was in the process of logging in to my e-mail. As soon as I clicked sign on, my computer crashed and I got a blue screen. The code was:

0x0000007E (0x0000005, 0x544B5052, 0xF88FAA8C, 0xF88FA788)

If you could help my with this problem, I would be reatly appreciative!

This is a fairly common error and is described here: http://aumha.org/a/stop.php#0x7e

The first place to look is in your Event Viewer. Here's a link about how to use it: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/40108/how-to-use-event-viewer/

If that doesn't help, then here's another link with more detailed instructions on how to find BSOD information: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/top...tml#entry409491

Post back with the results and we can move on from there.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
