hey everyone. i recently attempted to install a secondary hard disk (both ide) to my hp 533w just for a little extra space. i put it as slave and pluged it up, but as i tried to re boot all i got was a black screen with a flashing line. I am fairly new to computing so please try to keep it a little simple. thanks a ton.

You didn't say so I have to ask, did you set the jumpers correctly? You also might have knocked something loose while you were in there. I would try reseating the video card if you have one
