I am having some computer problems with scprot4.exe

Well, that depends on how busy the HJT team is.There are many people who need help as well. You've got to consider that it takes some time to study HijackThis log, too. Don't worry, you will get a reply to your post as soon as possible, and if you don't get it in five days, then post a link to the tread with your HijackThis log in this topic.
