I'm In Safe Mode And Trying To Figure Out The Problem

:( last week my computer was working perfectly fine. My sister restarted the computer and when it came back on a blue screen showed up and i dont remember all of what it said but if you nedd that information, please tell me and i can check.
It had this code at the bottom:
stop: 0X000000C5 (0XE1B6F000, 0X00000002, 0X00000001, 0X8054AF6E)

if i didnt give enough information please let me know, i really need the computer fixed.

(I'm using windows xp if that helps)

Try looking in Event Viewer about the same time period and see if it gives any clues

Try locating any .dmp files on your hard drive (typically in C:\Windows\Minidump ) - if you locate them, try this link to analyze it and post the results here for us to have a look at: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35246
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I found the .dmp files but it wont let me download the debugging tools

Is this a laptop? That would explain:

The common thread between all the others is Service Pack 2. Do you have it installed? Have you recently done a repair install or reformat/fresh install? and forgot to update?

Usually this message shows up when you boot into Safe Mode
