How do I uninstall XoftSpySE?

XoftSpy is a program that was previously listed as a rogue product on the Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products List because of concerns with False positives, questionable license terms, and the use of aggressive, deceptive advertising, including exploitation of the name "Spybot". It has since been delisted but in my opinion it is not a very effective program compared to others with a proven track.

Funny thing is it doesn't show up anywhere other than the Quick Launch toolbar. I noticed a file downloaded to my desktop the other day and I deleted it . Ran a search in hidden files and folders and the 1kb shortcut and a text file named xoftspy.exe appeared. I deleted them and everything appears to be OK
Thanks
Mark
