Hi--- I'm posting from Ohio. I am so grateful a forum like this exists. I have an older computer that has been really slow for the past couple of months, so I've been to the "Start Here!" section in malware and am still doing the steps. But thanks for having a nice place like this for folks like me to get some help.

Thanks for the kind words marielle and Welcome to Bleeping Computer.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook

Welcome to BC!
If you still need individual help after following some of the suggestion, or need to ask questions, don't hesitate to post in the forums.
