Well, I have spyware on my computer. I have no clue how i got it, but i just got it one day when i signed on. I tried to download something and before it finishes it will close. Also, my control panel is missing and i use a shortcut and it wont let me access it. I was wondering if anyone knows of a program where it completely destroys spyware or malware and i do not have to pay. Please, help me!

Hi and welcome
What Anti virus and Antispyware programs do you have installed?
Have you scanned from safe mode? How to start Windows in Safe Mode
Do you have pop up ads to buy malware cures?
Run this and post back how things go

Download, install and Update the free version of SUPERAntispyware,
Under Scanner Options make sure the following are checked (leave all others unchecked):
Close browsers before scanning.
Scan for tracking cookies.
Terminate memory threats before quarantining.

Click the "Close" button to leave the control center screen and exit the program.

Now reboot into Safe Mode ,Start the program and Scan
Open from the desktop icon or the program Files list
On the left, make sure you check C:\Fixed Drive.
Perform a Complete scan. After scan,Verify all items in summary screen are checked.
Click OK on the summary screen to quarantine all found items.
Reboot
