I am having problems trying to un-install programs from my computer.
When I open up Add/Remove Programs, I can click on the programs, but some of them do not
have the remove button, and some do.
Could someone help me figure out why it is doing that?

A couple of different suggestions, but first it would be helpful to know what programs we're dealing with.

CCleaner is a free program which among other uses has an uninstaller that could zap those unwanted programs.
