Is thier any way to fully delete or disable IE? It likes giving me popups even when im not connected to the internet.

IE is part of the Windows OS, what pop ups are you getting....it may be more sinister.

Are any of the pop ups gray boxes labled Messenger Service?

Hmm, well example one just came up. http://www.saatchi-gallery.co.uk/ or "The Saatchi Gallery" Its trying to run an ActiveX Control...

It is most likely to be Spyware then, buyt, it depends whta pop-ups are they?

The pop ups are just random advertisments. Like the saatchi galery some times it opens ebay, some times its "buy cheep advertising... etc. just advertising.

That's probably the messenger service. MS had this bright idea and it was going to be cool, until the spammers figured it out.
