Blocking Unwanted Site Without Notifying The User

Im asking for an advice on how I could implement a solution that blocks unwanted websites most particularly the ones containing porn articles.I just wanted to configure firefox to not open the site should it find it has lustful content but it wont notify the user that it has been blocked.Thanks for all suggestions.

Ive seen from the history that one of the users of this pc viewed porn video from youtube.So , Id like to block the youtube sites that have materials involving pornography.Please help.Thanks

Not sure this is what you're looking for but a hostsfile can help you to block unwanted sites. Two usefull sites fot that:
