I have a problem with Ubuntu and my computer. When I try to load it up, it will get to the loading screen (the black one with the orange bar), it will freeze. I want to install it on a partition i've set aside on my slave drive. The primary hard drive is running XP Pro. Can you help me? If you need more specs, i'd be more then happy to get them for you.

Sounds like you have an X issue. Try the alternate install CD.
If someone tells you to su rm -rf /
DON'T DO IT!!!!

You probably don't have enough RAM to use the LiveCD.
Like said above, use the Alternate Install CD. Just click on Downlaod, and fill out everything but at the bottom of the website remember to check off "Use Alternate Install CD" and it will download that instead of the LiveCD
