Hello. I didn't know where would this fit better, but I guess internet & networks should be good.
A few days ago, I started having some trouble with my conection, so I called my ISP and asked what was going on. They said the problem was not the conection. So I turned to my router (I have a linksys WRT54GS), and checked the configuration (guided with my ISP). Still after that, I was the only computer in the network who was getting disconected, so I guess the problem is mine and mine only.
I ran an antivirus and a spyware detector, actualized the network device and win XP, but I still have the problem...

Im running on a Laptop HP pav dv1117, 512 ram, using mozilla, win xp, and conecting to the router wireless. I do not know which steps i should take now, therefore i came to you guys seeking help.

thanks in advance

RE-EDIT: I took some obvious steps. First, I conected directly to the network. Then directly to the router. At least while I was conected directly to internet, i had notrouble, but when conected through the router, I do get disconected every now and then (4-5 mins, aprox)

Edit: Moved topic to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal
