I'm using Windows XP Home.
My Internet Explorer has been hijacked and diverts to ad pages. Before it goes to the ad pages I see a link of adservices10.enhance.com.
My computer has McAfee Internet Security Suite.
Spybot removes Zlob.DNSChanger.Rtk 1 entry but it keeps coming back.
I scanned with the following but none of them found Zlob.DNSChanger.Rtk or anything else: McAfee, Stinger, Spyhunters, and Kaspersky.
I installed the latest Java: jre-6u3-windows-i586-0.exe.
I disabled System Restore.
I turned off Windows firewall and installed the Sygate firewall.
I just ran Hijackthis and here is the log:

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum michele2007
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

Download and run Fixwareout from the link below:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe
After the reboot post the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt in your next reply.

Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri), to your desktop.
Double click on Smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option 5 Search and clean DNS Hijack by typing 5 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear.
Please copy and paste the content of that report into your next reply.

*IMPORTANT*
Do NOT run any other options until you are asked to do so!

*Note*
process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes.
Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/proc...processutil.htm

If you have previously downloaded ComboFix,please delete that version now.
Warning
You should NOT use Combofix unless you have been instructed to do so by a Malware Removal Expert.
It is intended by its creator to be used under the guidance and supervision of an expert, not for private use.
Using this tool incorrectly could render your system/pc inoperable.

Now download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Disconnect from the Internet.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.
Note
In case your Antivirus or any other realtime scanner is displaying an alert after you downloaded Combofix or while you use Combofix, please disable your scanner and redownload Combofix again.
Some scanners may see some combofix related components as suspicious and block or delete them while there's nothing wrong with them.

Also post a new Hijackthis log please.

Thank you Richie. FYI, before I received your reply I was using Autoruns
to check my startup items with BleepingComuter.com's list of what they are
and if they are needed in startup. I unchecked the following programs so
they would not be ran at startup. And after doing this, I was not being
redirected to ad pages with Internet Explorer when I clicked links I searched
in Google:
c:\Program Files\siteadvisor\6172\siteadv.exe
c:\Windows\soundman.exe
c:\Program Files\java\jre1.6.0_03\bin\jusched.exe
c:\PF\spybot - search & destroy\teatimer.exe
c:\Windows\inf\unregmp2.exe
c:\Program Files\messenger.msmsgs.exe

Here are my logs:

Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune:
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1
Do not run it just yet.

Download\install 'SuperAntiSpyware Home Edition Free Version' from here:
http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfi...ANTISPYWAREFREE

Launch SuperAntiSpyware and click on 'Check for updates'.
Once the updates have been installed, exit SuperAntiSpyware.
Do not run it just yet.

You might want to print/copy the following as you need to be in Safe Mode from here on.

Reboot your computer into SAFE MODE using the F8 method.
To do this, restart your computer and after hearing your computer beep once during startup (but before the Windows icon appears) press the F8 key repeatedly.
