Problem With Comp Or Emu

Emulator for what? You need to make your picture public instead of private.

Is there really a problem, like is the pop-up turning off the emu or the computer? Freezing? Lagging? Does it affect anything? Or is it just annoying?

Since the pop-up appears when the emulator is running, most likely the problem is the emulator, look at its forum and see if anyone else is having the same problem. Google works wonders.
