Spyware Or Virus?

normaly when i start playing a game or something i lose alot of fps i open up my task manger. i see "BugSolver.exe" runing useing up 50% of my cpu. i used hijack this its not showing up. useing vistas performance informatnion and tools. it comes up as

name: DynTek ProductivIT Trap Handler
Filename: BugSolver.exe
Pubisher: DynTek, Inc.

i dont think i have anything installed that is a DynTek program.

useing avg anti-virus and avg anti-spyware they arnt detecting anything.

I installed never installed it when i upgraded to vista but it some how it was in my program last odd. thank you
