Hello to all who may hepl,

I appreciate any help you may bring. I notice that when a new window opens from my main window in the Internet Explorer browser I come up with problems when trying to close. For example, say I'm on NFL.com and I click a player's name, that brings up a new window. Now, when I attempt to exit this window, the info on the new window disappears and within seconds I am given the "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close."message

I am also given the option to debug this problem, send the error report, or simply close the message window. I have pressed the debug option, but that just closes both windows faster haha. I hope someone could assist me with this issue, I'm trying to become more savvy with pc problems and troubleshooting.

Thank you
Joseph

Do you have your options set to "When clicking on a link, open a new window"? When you're on the NFL site try setting your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups for that site and see if that changes anything
