Could yo please give me an idea of what this error message is. I have looked at Mic. Knowledge Base nothing. And elsewhere on web.

ERROR:oxc0000409 software exception error at location ox29543111
This was in the blue header on top of window: IEXPLORE.exe application error

Most of the time that error is associated with a browser add-on such as 'toolbars'.
Go to Add/Remove Programs and remove any toolbars or go to tools on I.E. internet options>advanced. Reset Internet Explorer settings, if your using I.E, 7.0
I would scan for spyware as well. Get yourself AVG Anti-Spyware to do this.
