When I turn on the computer it opens up a dialog box in the upper left hand corner saying:

Personilizing settings for internet explorer.

it closes then it says windows cannot find c:\windows\sembako-dfzjmji.exe

what is worng with my computer

A couple of searches for "c:\windows\sembako-dfzjmji.exe" or "sembako-dfzjmji.exe" produced no results. This is usually an indicator of an infection of some kind. I would proceed to out malware forum, further down the main forum page. Here's a link
