Invalid Menu Handle

Hello My problem has suddenly occured. When I try to open sample music on a music download site I get the message Invalid Menu Handle.

Please help

What type of music files are these? What program are using?

I was on the tesco music downloads site and I clicked on sample music. Then it came up with this message. It will allow me to save the sample and then listen to it but not to listen directly to the sample music.

Hello

Thanks for your reply. Sorry it's taken me so long to respond.

I seem to have resolved the problem by accident. I suddenly realised that I was using media player 9 so I downloaded 10 and the problem seems to have disappeared for the time being.
Thanks for your help anyway.
