What motherboard are you using?
3.34"(l) x 4.40"(W) x 4.92"(H) That's almost 5" tall sitting on top of your CPU

According to the link you provided, your motherboard is a micro-ATX form factor. Not only do I think you might have a problem with your heatsink, but looking at the page for the case I didnt see where a micro-ATX board will fit in it. That would be the first thing to check

Looking at a picture of the motherboard I'd say clearence with the P.S. is going to be real close. It would all depend on how /where the board mounts in the case
